On Time® Wildlife Feeders, we believe offers the best warranty program. In the unlikely event a problem should occur, you will need to send your unit directly to On Time Feeders.

The On Time® Lifetime Warranty: On Time® will repair or replace any feeder unit found defective due to workmanship or materials used. This warranty does not include units that have been damaged due to misuse, improper use and or improper handling.

The On Time® 1 Year Warranty: On Time® will repair or replace any feeder unit found defective due to workmanship or materials used for a period of up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not include units that have been damaged due to misuse, improper use and or improper handling.

Customer’s are required to pay a $12.00 shipping and handling charges. We require that the return shipping and handling charge be accompanied with all units “claimed defective” and covered by warranty. The charge may be obtained by calling 800-488-3006. In addition, all units “claimed defective” must have the original receipt of purchase with them when returned for warranty purposes.
